My name is Salim Christoph Mathieu. Born in the beautiful Seychelles, I have always carried the spirit of a global citizen. My life across different countries, from Seychelles to Europe, shaped a simple but powerful truth: no matter where Seychellois live, we remain connected by identity, culture, and a desire to contribute back home.

Over the years, I saw how Seychellois living abroad often lacked a central place to connect, share experiences, exchange information, and support each other. There was no platform that showed who we are, where we are, the skills we possess, and how we can use those skills to uplift Seychelles. The world has thousands of diaspora networks, yet ours remained scattered and underrepresented.
